Data Subscriptions

Non-Member Data Subscriptions

As a condition of ordering NCREIF data products, all firms must be pre-screened to ensure that subscribing firms do not have U.S. real estate assets under management.
If a firm does have U.S. real estate assets under management and they wish to receive data products, they are required to join NCREIF as a Data Contributing Member and must contribute all qualifying real estate data for incorporation into the NCREIF databases for use in the NCREIF Property Index (NPI) and other such indexes and reports as deemed required by the NCREIF Board of Directors.
If your firm does not have qualifying assets under management, you have the option to order an annual subscription to access the NCREIF data. Please see below.

NCREIF Data Subscription Packages

DATA PACKAGES
Data Subscriptions are available in packages to allow for access to the information desired: Full Data Access, Property Data Only, Fund Data Only, Farmland or Timberland Data only.

Full Data Access Package

  • Access to all Data Products - Property, Fund, Farm and Timber
  • Includes Query Tool Access
  • $10,300 per year

Property Level Packages

  • Access to all Property Data Products
  • Excludes Query Tool Access
  • $5,150 per year

Fund Level Package

  • Access to all Fund Data Products
  • Excludes Query Tool Access
  • $5,150 per year

Farm or Timber Packages

  • Access to Farm or Timber Property Data Products
  • Timber Package also receives: Access to Timber Fund Data
  • Excludes Query Tool Access
  • $1,030 per year for Farm and $1,545 for Timber
