Join the NCREIF Academy Team at SMU for our Annual NCREIF Summer Academy Week!
This is one of our favorite NCREIF events each year. In addition to hosting four unique courses only found at NCREIF, students have the opportunity to meet senior industry professionals in a casual setting during some of our evening events near campus. There have been many years-long friendships formed during Academy Week, and staff and faculty enjoy meeting many members that we normally would not get a chance to meet in person.
Academy Courses are available to everyone, NCREIF membership is not required. We hope you join us!

There are three very convenient and typically affordable hotels surrounding the SMU campus.
We have secured a special rate of $229 at the Graduate by Hilton. Most of the NCREIF Staff and Faculty stay at the Graduate due to its location to classrooms. We will be scheduling shuttle service from the hotel to our evening social events from this location as well.
