NCREIF Third Quarter 2024 Data Release Webinar

Jeff Fisher will be joined by Tiffany Gherlone, Head of Real Estate Research and Strategy at UBS to discuss the latest trends in the NCREIF data and look for signs that the market has begun to recover, and which sectors have been performing the best.  As usual, we will survey participants as to what sectors they think will perform the best for the rest of the year and what the outlook for the NPI as we head into the final quarter of 2024.

In addition to discussing the factors driving the performance of the expanded NPI, Jeff and Tiffany will show several new slides that focus on the new NPI subtypes and how investors have been allocating funds to the different subtypes and CBSAs and their performance.
